My Work
I'm involved in planning, monitoring, designing, project management, quality assurance (GCP & system/process audits) and regulatory aspects of clinical studies in Human. We apply multi-modality medical images to examine the dynamic changes in selected functional processes and to investigate the effectiveness of new therapies in vivo (Drug Discovery). I'm interested in developing computational and statistical models/methods for processing and analysing clinical data, PK and PD modelling, computerised system validation and audit, writing study protocols, SOPs, implementing quality management system, regulatory issues including ICH GCP, EU Directives (2001, 2003 and 2005) and FDA regulations including 21 CFR part 11.
